From 01.11.2021 The Medical Centre is part of Great West Road Primary Care Network (GWR PCN)

GWR PCN comprises of nine practices working together. We will be able to offer you additional services as below. Ring the surgery on 02085722536  and speak to receptionist, they will book for you.

  • Associate physician
  • Pharmacist

Evening appointments 6.30-8.00pm Monday to Friday for GP or Nurse at our network practices

Weekend appointments for GP, Nurse or blood tests
